1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

TR Sales LLC provides website design, development, automation, and related services as described on our website. All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules: Starter (50/50), Growth System (40/40/20), Retainers (monthly in advance).
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy (see Pricing page).

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• You are responsible for providing content, brand assets, and access to necessary tools (CRM, ads accounts, etc.).
• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own all deliverables (websites, designs, code) created specifically for you.
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (anonymized if requested).
• Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks remain property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business information confidential. You agree to keep any proprietary methodologies or processes we share confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
• We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you pay for work completed. You receive all deliverables created up to that point.

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes are subject to the laws of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
